My artwork is multi-faceted and labor-intensive. It is comprise of physical constructions, drawn images, handmade puppets, sculpture, stop-motion, text, video footage, and audio recordings. It sequences comprehensive documentary projects that touch on the themes of ancient wisdom and the use of storytelling techniques to investigate hard facts of the day-to-day life of those who are on an unfinished journey.
My installations, employ a quirky sensibility in order to highlight the painful consequences of migration with curiosity, compassion and humour. These quirky narratives are intended to highlight an overlooked reality, provoke curiosity and foster awareness.
